That's a violation of my civil rights, plain and simple. The problem is that violating my civil rights hasn't stopped Law Enforcement from allegedly committing the aforesaid violation (how's that for civilian legalese) in the past and I don't see any hope for the future. That is, until the judge refused to issue the search warrant.
