I haven't written much here for a number of years now. I'd like to think I'll get back to it on something like a regular basis, but I'd been liking that thought for some time and . . . . Crickets.
Well, I'm retired now, still involved with criminal law and the death penalty but that takes a back seat. As you may know, my first career was English prof. Reading and talking about books has always been my main leisure activity. And so in retirement, I've started a Substack about books and words and language and who knows what all else. But not law.
