Jamison Koehler pointed out, in an e-mail, that I got it wrong. Apparently it's not yet prohibited to say "Fuck y'all" to a judge in the DC Superior Court. The court where y'all should know not to fuck around is the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
So the Superior Court is, for the moment at least, superior.
Rather than an update this long after the fact, I thought I'd do a whole new (albeit short) post.
